Questions about the licence
Is it really free?
Yes. Every server needs its own licence key, and the key is free. Order it at BiswasHost; there is nothing to pay and no card to give.
What does the key do?
It ties the panel to your server. The panel checks it with bhpanel.net once a week and keeps working on the copy it has between checks.
What if I install without a key?
The panel works fully for 14 days. Add the key any time under Server › Licence, or with the installer.
What happens if the licence has a problem?
Only creating NEW accounts, resellers and websites stops, and the admin panel says why. Every existing website, mailbox, DNS zone and database keeps running — a licence never takes a customer offline.
How many keys can I have?
As many as you have servers. To stop keys being stocked up unused, an account can have up to 3 keys waiting to be activated at a time — order the next one when the last is in use.
I am moving to a new server.
Open the licence in your BiswasHost client area and press “Move to another server”. Then activate the key on the new server. The old server is refused at its next check.
